Abstract
Ushbu maqolada bo‘lajak pedagoglarda gender madaniyati ko‘nikmalarini rivojlantirishning nazariy-metodologik asoslari, psixologik-pedagogik mexanizmlari hamda ta’lim sifati uchun ahamiyati ilmiy yondashuv asosida yoritiladi. Tadqiqotda gender madaniyatining sotsiologik, psixologik va pedagogik talqinlari tahlil qilinadi, oliy ta’lim tizimida gender kompetensiyasini rivojlantirishning zamonaviy metodlari va innovatsion pedagogik texnologiyalardan foydalanishning afzalliklari asoslab beriladi. Bo‘lajak pedagoglarda gender tenglik tamoyillarini shakllantirish o‘quv jarayonining xolisligini ta’minlash, diskriminatsiyani kamaytirish, o‘quvchilar shaxsining har tomonlama rivojlanishiga ko‘maklashishi ta’kidlanadi. Maqola ta’lim jarayonining modernizatsiyasi sharoitida gender madaniyatining o‘rni va uning ta’lim sifatiga ta’sirini ochib berishi bilan ilmiy-amaliy ahamiyat kasb etadi.
