Abstract

This article examines the problems of ensuring the professional formation of doctors based on a reflective approach. Reflection is considered a key component of medical education, supporting critical thinking, ethical awareness, responsibility, and continuous professional development. The article analyzes theoretical foundations of reflective pedagogy, psychological aspects of reflective practice, barriers to implementation, and pedagogical strategies for effective integration of reflection into medical education.
