Abstract
Ushbu tadqiqot ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) modeli asosida mobil ta’lim texnologiyalari orqali professional rivojlanish jarayonlarini optimallashtirishning samarali yondashuvlarini aniqlash va baholashga qaratilgan. Zamonaviy ta’lim tizimida mobil texnologiyalar va tizimli o‘quv dizayni modellarining integratsiyasi pedagogik samaradorlikni oshirish uchun muhim vosita hisoblanadi.
Tadqiqot sistematik adabiyotlar tahlili va meta-analiz yondashuvlariga asoslangan. Xalqaro va mintaqaviy ma’lumotlar bazalaridagi 2020-2025 yillar oralig‘idagi nashrlardan ADDIE modeli va mobil ta’lim texnologiyalari orqali professional rivojlanish bo‘yicha 45 ta ilmiy maqola tanlab olingan. Tadqiqot metodologik sifatni baholash uchun PRISMA va JBI yo‘riqnomalariga amal qilgan holda amalga oshirildi. ADDIE modelining har bir bosqichi (tahlil, dizayn, ishlab chiqish, joriy etish, baholash) bo‘yicha tematik va ramka tahlili usullari qo‘llanildi.
Tadqiqot natijalari shuni ko‘rsatdiki, ADDIE modeli asosida tashkil etilgan mobil ta’lim dasturlari o‘qituvchilar va professional xodimlarning bilim, ko‘nikma va amaliy kompetensiyalarini sezilarli darajada oshiradi. O‘rganilgan tadqiqotlarda qatnashchilarning o‘rtacha natijasi dastlabki 62.5 balldan 82.0 ballga oshgan (p<0.001), bu o‘rta darajadagi ta’sir ko‘rsatkichini (N-Gain=0.52) bildiradi. Mobil ta’lim texnologiyalari pedagogik, texnologik va kommunikativ kompetensiyalarni rivojlantirishda R²=0.755 darajasida variansiyani tushuntiradi. ADDIE modelining strukturaviy yondashuvi ta’lim dasturlarini mahalliy sharoitlarga moslashtirishga va uzluksiz baholash orqali sifatni oshirishga imkon beradi.
