Abstract
This article provides a theoretical and pedagogical analysis of the problem of developing independent learning activity in primary school students. The essence and content of the concept of independent learning activity are examined, along with its psychological and didactic foundations. The role and educational potential of the subject Technology in this process are scientifically substantiated. In addition, the pedagogical conditions that contribute to the development of independent learning activity in primary education are systematically described.
