Abstract
This article provides a scientific and theoretical analysis of an axiologically grounded educational technology aimed at developing universal human values in future primary school teachers. The role of the axiological approach in the educational process, its pedagogical and psychological potential, and its impact on the professional development of prospective teachers are substantiated. The study employs theoretical analysis, comparison, and generalization methods. The findings demonstrate the necessity of implementing value-oriented educational technologies in the system of primary teacher education.
