Abstract
Ushbu maqola maktab bitiruvchilarining kasbiy yo‘nalishini aniqlashda zamonaviy yondashuvlarni tahlil qiladi. Hollandning tipologiyasi, Savitskasning “life-design” konsepsiyasi, Krumboltzning “rejalashtirilgan tasodif” g‘oyasi va Klimov hamda Zeyer qarashlari asosida maktab amaliyotiga mos integratsiyalashgan model taklif etiladi. Raqamli diagnostika, loyiha va tajriba asosida o‘qitish, mentorlik va etik me’yorlar yoritiladi.
