Abstract
This article discusses the importance of leadership skills in increasing youth social engagement. Leadership skills allow young people not
only to find their place in society, but also to influence social and political change. The article pays attention to the activity of young people
in solving social problems, their initiative and teamwork skills. Based on this, the creation of the necessary conditions for the development
of leadership skills and the involvement of young people in social activity will contribute to the sustainable development of society.
