Abstract
This article explores the psychological mechanisms that contribute to enhancing creativity in future music teachers. It analyzes key factors such as emotional intelligence, cognitive flexibility, self-efficacy, and intrinsic motivation within teacher training contexts. The study emphasizes the need for psychologically informed educational environments that support creative development in music pedagogy.
